Healthy Ginger Fudge

Ingredients

1 Cup Coconut Oildsc06424

1 Tablespoon Honey (can adjust to taste)

1/4 Cup Organic Peanut Butter

1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger

3/4 Cup Mixed Seeds/Walnuts

1/4 Cup Ground Almonds

1/2 Cup Melted Butter

Method

Mix all ingredients except melted butter in a high speed blender or food processor, once it is smooth add the melted butter and mix until combined and looking yum!  Put in a loaf tin and put it in the freezer to set.  Once set cut and store it in the the fridge or freezer, it will melt quickly when left out.  Enjoy!!
